Not happy with the after sales service. sales person put the wrong blind size on the order, while I gave the written size on the paper. I didn't notice on the final order because I trusted sales person must have copied the sizes from the paper I send. now I received 2 blinds with wrong sizes and they are blaming me for not checking the final purchase order. I don't have words what I am going through. product quality is good though.

The remote was Very easy to program , The shades stop before hitting the window seal and stop at the very top of the frame. Order exact width -1cm. you will be happy you did!
